We were commissioned to film a profile piece on the exceptionally talented tattoo artist Joseph Pineda, exploring his personal philosophy and deep-rooted relationship with the craft of tattooing.

The production was centered around an intimate interview where Joseph discussed his creative journey and the significance of his work. To complement the narrative, we captured detailed "process" footage, filming Joseph in his studio to document the precision, focus, and technical skill required for his pieces.

The objective was to create a visually gritty yet polished aesthetic that mirrored the permanent nature of the art form—focusing on the steady hand, the flow of ink, and the unique atmosphere of the tattoo studio.
