We were commissioned by Heads Up Somerset to produce a powerful awareness film focused on destigmatising mental health issues and highlighting the path from struggle to support.

The narrative is built around the lived experiences of two women: Emma, a current client navigating her own mental health journey, and Lisa, an ex-client who has come full circle and now works for the Heads Up.

By documenting their parallel stories, the film provides an authentic look at the vital work Heads Up performs.

Our approach focused on sensitivity and trust; we used intimate, character-driven cinematography to capture the vulnerability of the "client experience" alongside the hope and stability of the "professional support" role.
