We were commissioned to produce and film for Energy Exemplar, designed to articulate the core values and unique internal culture of the global organisation. The objective was to create an authentic, human-centric narrative that showcased what it truly feels like to work within the company.

The edit required capturing the synergy of the team, blending candid "day-in-the-life" footage with a polished piece-to-camera to highlight the company’s focus on innovation and collaboration.

 

The final film serves as a vital tool for both recruitment and internal branding, humanising the corporate structure through authentic storytelling.
